We have identified that most South Africans are not aware of Medical Brokers Services or they with Medical Brokers that are not adequately servicing them. The changing world of the medical scheme industry is a daunting one for most new and existing members. Because of complexities of the medical scheme industry, this makes it a veritable minefield which the average client (or member) finds extremely confusing. For this reason we assist members choose a medical scheme, day-to-day administration of medical aid and help with medical aid queries.
